When candidates are attempting timed tests, you may sometimes need to extend the test duration. Extend test duration works only for timed in-progress tests.
- Go to the Invited list of the assessment
- Select the candidate whose test duration has to be increased.
- Click on Extend Test Duration, enter the time in minutes and hit done.
- The specified time gets added to the candidate’s test.
