To start a new phone Screening Session-

  • On the PhoneScreen dashboard,  Add the candidate's details (Candidate Name , Email) and click on 'Start session' as shown in image below.
  • On the next page, Choose the phone Screen option and add Job title and experience of the candidate screened, Enter skills (If using Glider's dynamic question library)
  • Phone Screen Option:
    • Glider's Dynamic Question Delivery- Using this option enables you to enter skills in order of priority for candidate evaluation. The system then automatically selects questions from Glider's library based on the specified skills to be asked to the candidate.
  • Use Custom Phone Screens - With this option, you can begin by selecting and implementing a custom phone screen for your specific needs. Detailed instructions for creating a custom phone screen can be found in the previous article for reference.
  • Click 'Next' to Proceed.
  •  you have option to collect the candidate's information. You can also skip this step altogether and move to next step.



 


  • Once you click on Launch Interview, the questions will be available on the next screen. Ask the question to the candidate and hear the response. Select all the keywords mentioned by the candidate in their response. Rate the candidate on the defined traits. Click on Next and the next question will be available on the screen. You also have option to skip any question.



  • Once a set of questions is delivered, you will have option to ask more question or end the session.



 


  • Once the session is ended, rate the candidate along with the recommendation to hire. You can also add any tags or notes for each candidate. Click on Save & Exit and the report for the candidate is generated instantly.
  • You have the flexibility to either continue Screening the next candidate for the same phone screen or initiate a new phone screen for a different job role
