Hiring managers can instantly interview a candidate by sharing an interview link. To generate the live interview link:

• Go to the Interview tab.
• Click on Launch Now button.
• Choose the type of interview you wish to conduct.

• On selecting the interview type, a window with a Share Invite URL will show up.
• Interviewers can pass on this link to the candidate and an interview can be started immediately.
• Check the Allow External Interviewer box  in the interviewer section and share the same URL with them to allow an external interviewer.
