Steps to create a feedback rubric for an interview as an admin:

1. Log in to your your account.

2. Navigate to the menu option located in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. In the menu, select "Setting Options."

4. Within the Settings menu, look for or navigate to the "Interview Rubric" option. This will in the left panel.

Once you've reached the "Interview Rubric" section, you can proceed to create and customize the feedback rubric for interviews as needed.

  • Click on ' Add new Template' as shown in image below.
  • Select the type of Feedback template you wish to create (Basic / Advance )
  • Customize the feedback template by adding specific traits or criteria you want to evaluate in candidates.
  • Click ' Save '
  • Template marked as default will be set as default for all interviews.
