Steps to create a feedback rubric for an interview as an admin:
- Log in to your your account.
- Click on Interview and then go to Interview rubric as shown below

- For creating your own rubric, click on Add Template
- You can select from there if you would like to create Basic rubric or Advance rubric


- Click on ' Add new Template' as shown in image below.
- Select the type of Feedback template you wish to create (Basic / Advance )
- Customize the feedback template by adding specific traits or criteria you want to evaluate in candidates.
- Click ' Save '
- Template marked as default will be set as default for all interviews.
