Enter candidate feedback

Once you are done with the Interview, you can enter the feedback for the candidate’s performance to share it with your team so that they can make the right hiring decision.


  • Click on the Feedback button at the bottom.
  • Rate the candidate’s skill in the default list provided, or you can also choose to add new skills and rate them as well.
  • In the text box, write your feedback for the candidate.
  • Click on Submit Feedback to save the feedback.
     

Note: If you missed entering the feedback during the interview, feedback can be given after the interview has ended as well in the candidate's report.

Additionally, if the interviewer is external, the feedback page is populated once the interview ends, and they must provide feedback at that time. They will not be able to submit feedback if the interview is closed or if they have closed the feedback page.
