Once you are done with the Interview, you can enter the feedback for the candidate’s performance to share it with your team so that they can make the right hiring decision.

  • Click on the Feedback button at bottom.

  • Rate the candidate’s skill in the default list provided or you also choose to add new skills and rate them as well.
  • In the text box, write your feedback for the candidate.
  • Click on Submit Feedback to save the feedback.

Note: If you missed entering the feedback during the interview, feedback can be given after interview has ended as well in candidate's report.
