Create a new assessment

• To start creating a new assessment, click on New Assessment. You can click the green button on the right or choose New Assessment from the drop-down in the Assessments page. 

To create assessments, there are two ways:

1. Automatic : Here, the assessment questions are recommended by Glider system based on your inputs in terms of skills and work experience mentioned

2. Manual: This is an advanced mode of creating assessment where the entire control will be given to you.

• Once you click on Automatic/Manual, you will be redirected to the Assessment Summary page of the respective assessment type selected. The  Assessment Summary contains the details of the assessment.
