Live Interview Platform – How to create a job and invite the candidates.  

1. Check for Existing Job 

  • Before adding, ensure the job doesn't already exist on the platform. 
  • If it doesn’t, proceed to create a new job and then invite candidates. 

2. After clicking on Live Interview tab, navigate to live interview and click on "Add Jobs" 

 

Once you click on add jobs, You’ll go through the following steps: 

  • Add Summary 
  • Add Task Template & configure Rounds 
  • Set Settings (Proctoring) 
  • Invite Candidates 

3. Summary Section 

 

  • Job Description: Two options available: 
    • Upload the job description file. 
    • Copy and paste the job description in the provided text box. 
  • Fetch Data: 
    • After entering the description, click "Fetch Data". 
    • The AI will auto-extract the Job Title and Skills. 
  • Job Title: 
    • Specify the position (name of the role) you're looking for. 
  • Job Location (Optional): 
    • Mention the hiring location if applicable. 
  • Job ID: 
    • Enter a unique identifier for the job. This ID should be unique for all the jobs. 
    • Once completed, click "Next" (top-right corner). 

4. Add Levels / Rounds & Invite 

 

  • Rounds: 
    • 3 default rounds are created automatically. 
    • You can customize by adding/removing rounds as needed. 
  • Feedback Template: 
    • A template is required for each round. 
    • Default: Glider's template. 
    • Optionally, you can create and select your custom feedback template.

  • Task Template: (Optional) 
    • Create one using the provided guide: Create a new task. 
    • Once created, select it from the dropdown. 

5. Settings (Proctoring) 

  • You can now invite candidates directly, or: 
  • Click "Save and Proceed" to modify Job-level Proctoring Settings. 
  • Refer to the Proctoring Settings Document for detailed setup : Live Interview Proctoring settings

6. Invite the Candidates.  


  • Navigate back to Add round / invite candidates.  
  • Click on invite candidate for the necessary round.  
  • For scheduling an interview refer to this document: Scheduling Interviews
  • Most of the fields will be automatically getting captured, therefore you will just need to invite the candidates for the interview.
