The number of candidates disqualified in an assessment is displayed on the summary of the assessment.
If you wish to view the candidates who are disqualified:
- Go to the All Candidates tab. (you will find these candidates under the disqualified drop down of the respective tabs too (invited, submitted, evaluated)
- Change the Status to Disqualified from the drop-down.
- You will now see all the candidates who are disqualified.
In case you have disqualified any candidates by mistake, you can undo the same by using the UNDO option as shown below:
Note: If you are unable to locate a candidate who has completed an assessment, make sure to check if a Cut-off score is set to the assessment and if it is set, you will see the candidate information in the Disqualified (Cut-off Score) list.
