- The author of an assessment can share an assessment with other team members. If hiring managers would like recruiters to invite candidates to take an assessment, then the assessment needs to be shared with recruiters. Hiring managers can also share assessments they created with other hiring managers in the same organization.
To share an assessment go to the Summary tab of the assessment which has been configured with the preferred settings.
- Scroll down and choose the preferred sharing option. You could either share a test with all the people in your organization or choose to share a test with specific team members.
- If you choose the Share with team member option, you will have to add specific team members. To add team members, search the name of the team member in the search bar and select the team member from the suggestions.
