Ensure you are the admin .
Steps to download a usage report for the Phone Screen tool:
1. Navigate to the "Engage" tab at the top of the screen and select "Phone Screen."
2. Once you're on the Phone Screen dashboard, Click 'Past' section.
3. Next, click download arrow icon located on the right-hand side.
4. The report will be automatically downloaded to your system.
